FAQs

  • Fill out a Picnic Request Form

    Upon receipt of your picnic request form, we will review the information provided and respond with pricing and details based on your selections. If there’s something you’re interested in but don’t see listed, please include it in your notes.

  • We totally understand that things come up! We’re happy to help you reschedule, but we do ask for at least one week’s notice before your picnic or event. The new date should be within one year of your original booking. Just a heads-up, some vendor policies may differ, so you might be responsible for any replacement costs for the new date.

  • You can add extra hours either when making your reservation or on the day of your picnic. It is $25 an hour before confirmed booking. Additional hours are subject to availability and must be added at least 30 minutes before your picnic ends to avoid the $50/hour late-add charge.

  • Absolutely! You’re welcome to bring outside food and drinks as long as it’s allowed at your chosen location. Keep in mind, alcoholic beverages might not be allowed at some locations

  • We prefer at least 2 weeks’ notice, but we understand that last-minute picnics happen! Go ahead and fill out the form, and we’ll get in touch to see if we can make your requested date and time work.

  • Yes, but you must first notify us and wait for our team to arrive as you are responsible for all picnic supplies for the duration for your picnic.

  • Any items that are lost, damaged, or missing during your picnic will be the client’s responsibility and invoiced after the event. For spills or stains, we’ll first try to clean the item, but if professional cleaning is needed, the cost will be billed to the client. Lost or missing items will incur a replacement cost plus a sourcing fee.

    In some cases, we may include a refundable cleaning fee, which will be returned after the event.

    Umbrella Note: If umbrellas are provided—whether ordered or complimentary—you’re responsible for any damage from normal use, wind, weather, or guest activities. This includes spills or items knocked over by the umbrella. If you’d prefer not to assume this risk, let us know at setup and we’ll remove the umbrellas.
